I’m a fully accredited, registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I have a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling from the Psychosynthesis Trust. This is an integrative ansd transpersonal approach. It includes the theory and practice of Gestalt, which looks at how the many parts of ourselves interact.

I have a Diploma Training Certificate in NLP from the U.K. Training Centre for Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and I’m a Certified Practitioner in the Art of Neuro-linguistic Programming through International Teaching Seminars, directed by Ian McDermott.

I have studied at Spectrum, a London-based organisation in Humanistic Psychology, including their One year Course in Psychotherapy and the Foundation Course in Counselling Skills. I also completed their course on the psychology of sexuality.

I have wide experience and  knowledge of group process. I  have completed the programme of training established by the Parent Network, an organisation to support and educate parents to communicate effectively with their children.
